General Policy

We accept returns for most firearm accessories within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

• All original accessories, documentation, and registration cards must be included.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  

Refund Process

1. Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your return package.

3. Include a description of the reason for your return along with the original receipt.

Refund Conditions

• A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions and Restrictions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Firearms and ammunition

• Used or installed accessories

• Special order items

• Clearance or “as is” items

• Items with broken seals or missing parts (If you are missing parts, contact us for a replacement)

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us for a replacement.

Processing Time

Please allow 10-14 business days for returns to be processed.
